About Dr. Jasmine Harris
Jasmine Harris, MD, completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned a B.S. in Kinesiological Sciences. She went on to receive her Master’s in Physiology from Case Western Reserve University before attending the University of Michigan Medical School, where she discovered her passion for dermatology and later completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
During her residency, Dr. Harris was actively involved in community outreach and participated in the Diversity and Community Engagement Track, focusing on expanding access to dermatologic care for underserved populations.
She has a special interest in skin conditions affecting skin of color and pigmentary disorders, and is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to culturally competent care.

My Dermatologist Dr. Harris is seriously the BEST! She definitely listened and put in gear a plan and resolution to get you back to your best self. I’m very grateful for her. That’s why I left the old dermatologist in Townson because they wouldn’t listen just kept giving shampoo and creams that didn’t work!

I saw Dr. Jasmine Harris for the first time today for a skin rash that had been making me quite anxious. I had previously seen two other providers who weren’t quite sure what it was, so I was incredibly relieved when Dr. Harris was able to diagnose it right away. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed — the receptionist set a wonderful tone, and the intake specialist was thorough, kind, and made me feel completely at ease before I even saw the doctor. I was actually a patient here when this location first opened, and I'm thrilled to report that the facility is just as clean, and well-maintained as I remembered.
Dr. Harris truly listened. My concerns were heard — not brushed aside or minimized — and together we collaborated on a personalized plan to address my issue. There was a lot of information to take in, but Dr. Harris walked me through everything with patience and encouragement, never making me feel rushed or pressured into any decision.
What I appreciated most was the realistic, honest approach: this is a process, not a quick fix, and Dr. Harris made sure I understood and felt confident about every step. I'm looking forward to the journey ahead and optimistic about the outcome.
