Hello, I’m Jasmine, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I care for individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, and perinatal mental health concerns. My work is grounded in an evidence-based, holistic approach.
I believe treatment works best when you feel heard, informed, and empowered to take an active role in your care. Together, we’ll look beyond symptoms to consider your routines, environment, and strengths — creating a plan that truly fits your life.
I also understand how heavy and isolating life’s challenges can feel. My role is to walk alongside you, listening with care, helping you make sense of your experiences, and working together toward healing. It may not always be easy, but you won’t have to face it alone.

She was absolutely amazing. She listened, she made me feel heard and understood. It the most relaxing psych appointment I’ve ever had. She had answers for all of my questions and was very reassuring that will well make more progress on my healing journey. Never in my life have I felt so seen. Never in my life have I received such a thorough explanation: "This happened because this happened, but let me also tell you how they intersect. " Never in my life have I left a psychiatry appointment feeling completely hopeful for next steps. She listened and created a safe space, in turn making me comfortable to fully share without hesitation. The purpose of the visit was to figure out if I'm tripping or my current psychiatrist provider (soon to be former) simply isn't listening; it is the latter. I look forward to seeing how this journey goes.
