Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
WA
Hi! I’m Jasmine, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with children, teens, and adults. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and more — with a warm, whole-person approach that blends therapy, medication, and lifestyle strategies. I’m bilingual in English and Mandarin, and I especially enjoy working with first-generation families and those who’ve felt dismissed or misunderstood in traditional care settings. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard. In addition to psychiatry, I also have a background in aesthetic nursing, and I believe in the powerful connection between mental wellness and self-confidence. I do offer sliding scale telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new patients. Mental health care should never end simply because someone cannot afford it. Unfortunately, with the ongoing challenges in today’s healthcare system, many Americans struggle to access consistent, affordable care. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and grow—regardless of employment status, insurance coverage, or income level. If you’re looking for compassionate, culturally aware care — I’d love to work with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood and behavioral conditions, always tailoring care to the person—not just the diagnosis. My approach is both evidence-based and holistic. I ground treatment decisions in the latest research and clinical guidelines, while also recognizing that true healing extends beyond medication alone. I often incorporate lab work and health assessments to better understand biological factors such as thyroid function, vitamin deficiencies, or hormonal imbalances that can significantly impact mood and energy. Addressing these underlying contributors allows for a more complete and personalized treatment plan. I believe in supporting both mind and body—combining medication management, psychotherapy principles, lifestyle modifications, and psychoeducation to promote sustainable well-being. For children and teens, I emphasize early intervention, helping them develop emotional tools, resilience, and confidence that will carry into adulthood. Above all, I believe that mental health care should be accessible and affordable. That’s why I accept patients with or without insurance, ensuring that compassionate, high-quality care remains within reach for everyone.
