About Dr. Jason Applebaum
Dr. Jason Applebaum is a renowned general and cosmetic dermatologist who earned his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1995. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at New York University Medical Center, he completed his residency in Dermatology at the University of Chicago. Jason is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and has conducted comprehensive research in the areas of melanoma and scar treatment. His work has been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals.
Jason is a sharp diagnostician and talented facial-rejuvenation artist who stays on top of the latest trends in research, technology, and skincare. He is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and reversing the effects of age. He has an eye for detail and achieves dramatic yet understated results - patients look younger without looking like they’ve had work done.
When Jason is not in the office or doing fancy tricks on his snowboard (he has yet to be hospitalized), he can be found feeding his football addiction watching the New York Giants in the basement of his home. From March to July, he spends most of his time in the kitchen, drinking too much coffee and hanging out with his rockstar wife and six hilarious children.

The doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The dermatologist was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this office.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Appelbaum as my dermatologist. He is kind, gentle, knowledgable, skilled, and very professional. He has been my dermatologist for many years and I've recommended him to my family and friends, who also love him. His office is beautiful, his staff is amazing, and they are very accomodating and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
