About Dr. Jason Conwell
Jason Conwell is a friendly and warm family physician caring for the Exton, PA community. Dr. Conwell attended Pennsylvania State University, where he received his medical degree, and completed his residency at Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Conwell is a part of MLHC Family Med at Exton Square. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Conwell was co-chief resident in 2005-2006 at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was awarded the title of Presidential Scholar by Howard Hughes Honors Research Program, Lehigh University.

I accompanied my husband when he went to Dr. Conwell for his first check up in decades. (My nervous spouse comes from a family that doesn’t believe in seeking medical care until an ambulance needs to be called! ) Dr, Conwell and his staff put him at ease immediately. Rachael, our first office contact, sensed his anxiety and focused her friendly attention on our granddaughter, who came with us. This put grandpop at ease immediately. The doctor gave us lots of time to absorb the information we needed to work towards my husband’s improved health. He laid out a plan and helped make immediate appointments for further treatment. We are very appreciative of the relative who recommended Dr. Conwell to us. ????

I had my first visit yesterday afternoon at Family Medicine at Exton Square and met with Dr. Jason Conwell. I received a recommendation from a co-worker when I explained that was in need of a new PCP. All of the staff that I encountered during my visit were helpful and friendly (all the way from registration to checkout), there was minimal wait time from the time I arrived, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about meeting Dr. Conwell. After leaving the appointment, I was extremely pleased with my entire visit. I am confident that I made the right choice in choosing this practice. I will pass along the recommendation to this practice, and specifically Dr. Conwell, to anyone who may be in need of a new PCP.
