About Jason Diaz
Jason Diaz was born in New York but was raised right here in South Florida. He earned his Bachelor's in Health Care Administration from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Bachelor's in Science-PA studies from Miami Dade College. He also holds a Master's in Medical Science from Saint Francis University. Jason is fluent in English and Spanish.
Jason is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal health. When he isn't practicing medicine, Jason enjoys traveling, spending time with his two children, and watching football on Sundays. He also likes to collect sports memorabilia, and his favorite sports team is the Miami Dolphins.
Jason wants his patients to know that he has their best interests at the forefront of every individual care plan. He truly believes that the patient/provider relationship is pivotal to good medicine.

I went for a recurrent problem and the doctor said “that’s just your body unfortunately”. That was so discouraging, I will not be going back. He offered no solutions or tried to run any test for me see if he could’ve helped. He also googled how to fix my problem. I could’ve done that at home. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Jason Diaz is very nice & proffesional! The front desk staff also amazing ! My only concern is the MA her name is Maryon very unfriendly bad experience with her ! She kept poking me with clearly the vein wasn’t giving out any blood & she kept trying when I told her to stop & she had the Nerve to say but I can feel a vein as she kept going deeper the agony my 1 star is for her ! So I had to get poked twice ! Beware

Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. The doctor listened to my concerns very well and gave me feedback on my issues. It was my first visit and they say first impressions are everything and I would definitely recommend them to friends.
