I collaborate closely with our practice’s therapists, who offer modalities like ACT, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Havening, and STARR coaches, who provide nervous system regulation techniques such as breathwork, tapping, TRE, and mindfulness. By integrating these resources, I ensure holistic care, referring you to these experts as needed to enhance your treatment plan with non-medicative approaches like nutrition and sleep hygiene. Working with our child/teen and adult divisions, I empower you through education, fostering lasting wellness in a supportive, collaborative journey.
