Dr. Jason Fidler is a licensed Chiropractor and holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. Since 2006, Dr. Fidler has held full spine Active Release and Kinesio taping certifications, two very effective and sought-after physical treatment protocols. He has been serving members of the CrossFit and South Brooklyn fitness communities, as well as the greater New York City community, for over 15 years.
He trained at New York Chiropractic College not just in the art of medicine, but also with CrossFit Level 1 trainers who eventually opened CrossFit Asheville in North Carolina. As a member himself, Dr. Fidler is well versed in the functional movements that CrossFitters and Olympic-style weightlifters routinely perform, their commonly associated training injuries (shoulders, hip flexors, and wrists), and the most effective methods of treatment.
Dr. Fidler gained critical insight into practice management while working at two highly regarded boutique rehab clinics in NYC. A former collegiate athlete and personal trainer himself, he is a regular physician at many NYC endurance races and CrossFit competitions. Additionally, Dr. Fidler has undergone training in Elite Sports Science at the Lake Placid Olympic Facility.

Dr. Filder is an amazing, chiropractor! He provide full comprehensive support to you each session, including exercise training, chiro support (entire body), and tips and resources. Dr. Filder is super encouraging, and he tailors his sessions to best support you, including follow-ups to check in on your progress.
I have had drastic improvements in my posture and experienced significantly less amount of back-pains since seeing him. I would highly encourage visiting him for your session.

Dr. Fidler is awesome. He’s always on time, extremely caring and very personable! It’s not ideal to be in pain and have to go to therapy, but he really does a great job at making the sessions enjoyable and productive. He’s great with follow up after the appointments and sends detailed workout plans to me after every visit. Highly recommend!

I first visited Jason a little over a year ago for back pain that was unbearable but had lived with for many years. Little did I know that he’d become an instrumental part in helping my entire body overcoming whatever life throws at me. From back spasms to neck and shoulder pain, he can always squeeze me in within a day (he stayed late to see me one day due to my pain) and takes care of the pain in one session. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his field and I love his individual approach to aiding you in your needs. While other places have given me a print out of typical exercises and stretches I can do, Jason goes above and beyond and emails you very targeted exercises to practice till the next time you meet. I’ve always thought I had good form while performing exercises, but Jason is so tuned in to your body that he can spot the smallest shifts, making all the difference. He’s got a great personality and I always enjoy my time there. Wether you’re dealing with lifelong issues that you’ve just accepted as your way of life, or wake up with pain (due to a toddler kicking you on the side) do yourself a favor and visit Jason. He’s like the 6th or 7th chiropractor/PT doc I had visited in my lifetime and while others concluded that my back pain was due to my genetic structure, he didn’t. He understood what I had to do to build the muscle groups around my back muscles and I’ve never felt better.

Dr. Fidler has been exceptional at helping me recover from my neck and back injury. He is highly knowledgeable from basics like stretching techniques to proper posture as well as more advanced things like targeted workouts and chiropractic adjustments. My surfing performance has seen a substantial upgrade from Dr. Fidler's recommended stretches and workouts. Visits to his office have always been met with professionalism, support, and humor. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fidler truly understands the interconnected puzzle of this human body. I've done many stretches, but the ones he told me to do have actually kept my leg pain away. He's a good person who wants people to understand how to best take care of our bodies. I've only seen him once so far, and have already benefited greatly from his adjustment, explanation, guidance, and homework.

Jason is a very talented medical professional. He has a sharp analytic mind: he'll figure out how to solve your problems. He also has an easygoing manner that makes him a pleasure to work with. I'm not really a chiropracture person-- neck cracking weirds me out. Jason understood my needs immediately and put no pressure on me to do adjustments. He mostly just worked as a physiotherapist to help me with my back things-- and he was great at it! I recommend him highly.

Doctor Jason is very helpful. I went on the visit and he was able to identify reasons for my back pain and provides immediate relief from my pain. I would highly recommend Dr.Jason. He also gave me exercises and provided individual treatment plan.

I've been seeing Dr. Fidler for 3 years now and he has done wonders in helping me. I first came to him with a back issue after being in a biking accident, then he helped me with strength training and technique on certain matters. As a former competitive tennis player, finding a chiropractor that was sports focused was crucial for me. I have found it extremely difficult to find medical professionals here in New York that specifically focus on sports therapy/strength training, then walks in Dr. Fidler. You'll be hard-pressed to find someone else that is this good honestly.

Jason is a great chiropractor, physiotherapist and personal trainer all rolled into one. He treated me for a few chronic problems but also, unknowingly, gave me a lot of basic knowledge I needed about how to strengthen my core and improve flexibility that I have been able to apply on my own during months of quarantine. Couldn't have made it without him!

I worked with Jason over many different injuries that I picked up playing soccer, from lower back pain, and niggling ankle injuries to a labrum tear in my shoulder and knee surgery. He was always great at both giving me exercises and treatments that helped with my recovery but most importantly explaining the problems in my movement patterns that were creating the conditions for these injuries or making it tougher to recover.
I recommend Jason to anybody I know who is having issues recovering from injury or dealing with chronic pain!

Dr. Fidler is a practical, results-oriented, multi-disciplinary chiropractor. Beyond standard adjustments, he also brought in massage and personal training modalities. I worked with him over several months to fix some back pain and have now been pain-free for two years. He was a pleasure to work with.

Dr Fidler is not your typical “back cracker” and instead an impactful multi-modality therapist.
He highly knowledgeable and my seven weeks under his care have resulted in a huge improvement in my quality of life! When I first visited, I had been suffering from very limited range of motion in my neck, along with severe “neck headaches” similar to migraines. Since beginning treatment, I have almost entirely restored my range of motion in my neck and have had zero headaches. Dr. Fidler provides tools to support and continue the office treatment you receive. This includes weekly emails recapping what we’ve covered and videos or pics to illustrate. As a very busy person with limited time for self care, it’s been really valuable for me to find someone who was able to help me so quickly make positive change in my body. Also Dr.Fidler is a very nice and positive person which makes it easy to commit to my goals. The location is convenient to Atlantic Barclays.

Dr. Fidler is the best. I had injured my lower back from incorrectly lifting something very heavy. After one visit, I felt so much better. I continue to get adjustments to keep my neck and back from hurting. I can’t recommend him more.

I have 2 herniated lumbar discs. I even got 2 epidural shots. I went to PT but didn't feel there was enough improvement and felt something on lower back being out of place. I went to see Dr. Fidler and saw my issue holistically. He identified weaknesses that the PT didn't address. He pushed me harder and challenged me, so I could heal faster. Mission accomplished. I keep seeing him for adjustments and have been pain free.

I felt like I was falling apart physically about 6 years ago. My neck was hurting in such a way that I was in pain often. A friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Fidler and I took a chance.
In the first ten minutes he made my neck feel 100% better with chiropractic adjustment. In addition, he took the remaining appointment time to show me exercises and stretches that have prevented that neck problem to this day. He's helped me with foot pain, hip pain, knee pain, and lower back pain, all of which have not returned [if they have, it's because I wasn't doing the regimen he recommended]. He's professional, a pleasure to be around, and he's improved my emotional state by improving my physical state!

I've been seeing Dr. Fidler for about six months for knee and hip pain that I developed while training for a half-marathon. Six months ago, I was completely unable to run and even walking and standing were painful. Dr. Fidler provided treatments and recommended stretching and strengthening exercises that have improved my mobility and reduced my pain. I can now run completely pain-free and am back to running and cycling. Highly recommended.

Jason is an awesome person, an excellent chiropractor and an equally excellent physical trainer.
I couldn't recommend him more highly. He provided the teaching, exercises and habitual changes I needed to work on my back and mobility issues outside of our one-to-one sessions and as result I'm in better health than I would have imagined possible a year ago.
