The appointment was actually a telemed phone call but the Nurse Practioner gave us a lot of detail about the analysis of the bloodwork. Quite patient with questions and very knowledgeable. Understood our resistance to the procrit. Very helpful.

I would like to recognize Dinah Castellano, who is always so helpful to me no matter what my needs are and what questions I have particularly the last month or so, when I've been trying to get an MRI done and it has been a trial. I am claustrophobic and need a stand-up or upright MRI - the issue the in network MRI facility doesn't do pelvic MRI's because their machine is low resolution. Dinah has been working with me to get this resolved for 1 month now. It is still unresolved since I have to go out of network and the Dr's office has to appeal the decision by the insurance.
However, in all honesty - I have to thank the team of nurses who have taken care of me all these years: Gabby, Julie, Victor, Aiko, Rose have all been exceptionally kind.

By the grace of God I was referred to dr Gota
in 2001, had it not been for this brilliant Dr and the high standards of la cancer network I may not be here today. Staff go out of their way to make scary, difficult situation as way as possible. So much care and empathy.
I know I have to live with cancer,, due to Lisa Hineman and her wonder woman devotion to her patients like myself, we hace a better quality of life .

Rose always greets me and even when she’s not my nurse she will always make sure I’m comfortable.
I had a problem with my port about a year ago, she and another nurse, I can’t remember her name, but they both pushed me to the emergency room next door in a wheelchair, I told her I was ok to walk next door, but she insists on taking me, and I’m not a small person.
