Dr. Kaushik received training in various noninvasive and minimally invasive treatment approaches, including physical medicine and rehabilitation, interventional pain management, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Kaushik diagnoses and treats various musculoskeletal problems at Los Angeles Orthopedic Surgery Specialists in Santa Fe Springs, East Los Angeles, and Glendale. The staff was helpful and friendly. The office was okay, I guess. The doctor spent less than a minute with me. He took one look at my hand and dismissed me as a pill shopper. Then scheduled 2 appointments for a nerve study in 1 month and a hand consult in 2 months. My nerve pain and muscle spasms were so severe I went directly to the ER after that, Good thing I did because it turns out I have tetanus. I got a lot of shots and a heavy course of antibiotics. Hopefully, that will all start to help soon. Thanks for less than nothing.

His receptionist miscommunicated my appointment time with him and so prior to the appointment, I was called several times to see if I could come sooner. I told them I could not but can reschedule if needed and they said that wasn’t necessary. When I arrived on time for my appointment as scheduled, I was rushed to sign a consent form so that I could be seen immediately. When I get to the room, it was disgusting with needles and dirty aprons spilling out of 3 full trash cans. I received snarky comments about them waiting for me as if I was late when really they made the mistake. I tried to confirm with the dr where the numbing needles would be placed and he confirmed he knew. He did the procedure and when he finished, I told him there was still pain. He said then that he didn’t realize my pain was elsewhere despite me explicitly saying multiple times. This was a terrible experience and I wish I would have left before moving forward with it. I do not recommend to anyone.
