Dr. Jason Kerzer is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. I feel lucky to have found him when he first joined the practice in Cranston. He is so compassionate, friendly, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I never feel rushed or like I am wasting his time. Love this doctor!

My only issue was, several calls were placed before I was able to speak to a member of the staff. However, the staff member Victoria, was very helpful when we did speak.

Dr. Kerzer is amazing with my son. He did a thorough examination. He spoke to my son in words that he would understand. His nurse provided, a vaccine to my son and she was extremely personable, and gentle. And their overall care is amazing and I can't say enough good things about them.

I was totally impressed with the professional manner in which my appointment was addressed. I think the doctor is a fine physician. He's thorough, he asks the questions that most people are more than happy to. answer, and I just think he's a fine physician and The staff is equally as fine as he is. It's a very professionally run office.

Dr. Kerzer and his nurse, Kali, are simply phenomenal. I am well cared for every time I see the doctor. They accommodated me at the last minute and I appreciated their help so much.

I think we are starting building up the relationship. He is my primary doctor. And he is always very responsive to my questions in the portal. If necessary, he will ask to meet me in person. Very thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Not only Dr. Kerzer, but his entire staff from secretary's assistance. Nursing the nurse practitioner, all of his staff were excellent. Very timely in their response. Very caring and listening. I would highly recommend them and their entire office to anyone. Thank you.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kerzer had obviously reviewed my chart before he saw me as he was thoroughly informed about me - medications, issues, etc. He is thorough and pleasant and asked if I had any questions. He and the staff are attentive and I did not wait in the exam room at all. Great experience! Thank you to all of them!

Just wanted to say that originally, it did take a while to get an appointment with Dr. Kerzer because I was a new patient, I guess. But, I'm really happy with staff and with the doctor, to this point, and I have definitely a lot of needs. Thank you.

My provider made an appropriate call to defer approval for my scheduled surgery due to abnormal EKG. His staff put in tremendous effort and got me a timely ECG appointment, which I appreciate very much. This gives me and my family comfort that my PCP and his team do care about my health.
