About Jason Messinger
Jason Messinger PA-C is a graduate of George Washington University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he earned his Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. He has worked in orthopedics and internal medicine and has been an integral part of The Kroll Medical Group for 10 years. His compassion, patience, and clinical skills are well known to our patients. Jason is interested in primary care and preventative medicine and has more than 10 years of experience treating internal medicine patients.

I’m sure the Doctor is great, however I had an appointment to a video visit Monday at 2pm. Got on the call, after waiting a half hour I call the office. Get told he is having a crazy day and will be on soon. Okay. Now an hour later, still nothing. Call again. No one answers the phone and I leave a voicemail. 20 minutes later I get a call that he will call me when it’s my turn and then I can get on the call. Still waiting for that call. Called today to find out if I can be seen today, left 3 voicemails. No call back. I get offices being busy and short staffed as I am in the service industry. But to leave someone for an hour and a half to finally get a phone call saying he will call me when it’s my turn to not get a call???? And not get a call the following day??? Little concerning. I am going based of a recommendation from a friend. I did this during while working so a call updating me would have sufficed.
