I am a dual-certified Adult and Child-Adolescent APN. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Panjab University, completed my MSN/NP in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Monmouth University, NJ, and obtained my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. I am licensed in New Jersey and serve NJ residents exclusively.
I have worked as a provider at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, EISS-a crisis-based program-where I provide a full range of medication management services to adults. I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management tailored to all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults coping with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, GAD, OCD, psychosis, schizophrenia, and anger management.
My approach to treatment centers on understanding each client's unique needs and utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure patient satisfaction. Every client receives an individually tailored treatment plan. I am empathetic and compassionate, confident in my clinical skills, and experienced in providing personalized treatment and outstanding care that suits your needs.
What should a new client know about working with you?

Very disappointed, had an appointment after all insurance info was filled out. She said my insurance wasn’t verified. I asked if we had to reschedule & she said no. this was my very first appointment with a psychiatrist. it was a great experience! She asked all the questions needed and listened to my concerns with a very calm, caring and attentive manner. She listened to my concerns regarding treatment and she made sure I was comfortable with how to move forward with treatment. It was a hard decision to let go and seek help and she made it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend her care.
