About Dr. Jay Heller
Dr. Jay Heller is a licensed Chiropractor in the State of New York who has been in private practice on the same quaint street in quintessential Greenwich Village (one of New York’s greatest neighborhoods) since 1989. During that time, he has provided pain relief and enhanced healthcare to of thousands of patients.
Dr. Heller graduated with honors from New York Chiropractic College where he also received the prestigious Technic Award.
Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Heller was a high school teacher in Brooklyn. He was also an award winning track and field Coach with teams ranked on the national level. His avid interest in sports and athletics influences his chiropractic and pushes him to explore cutting edge therapies. He was the first Chiropractor in NYC to use the Erchonia cold laser to treat soft tissue injuries.
Dr. Heller also has a keen interest in diet & nutrition and has lectured extensively in the areas of nutrition and wellness.
As a New Yorker involved in and affected by the events of 9/11, Dr. Heller was compelled to help out. He received special mention from the Red Cross for his response and valuable service.

Dr. Heller was great! I've been having back and SI joint problems since I was 17, and this is the first time anyone's really looked at my back as a whole and determined inequities between the two sides. He was able to pinpoint the weaknesses in my back and neck that contribute to my frequent back pain and not only that, but I was able to *move* after the appointment instead of being stiff and in pain. I've already booked an appointment to go back!!

An excellent chiropractor. I am a regular visitor due to having a job where I sit the whole day behind a computer desk. For management of my issues Dr. Heller practices electrotherapy and spinal adjustment and I always feel better. Highly recommended.
