I have no complains about the treatment I got but the billing process is terrible!!!!! I am not sure what kind of practice they are running - they marketing on zocdoc that they accept my insurance and are in network but clearly are not. Even before the treatment they called and were super confused as to what it is. The front desk never once told me that it’s out of network. I got to know about it right after the treatment!!!! I have reached out to zocdoc support and my insurance to make sure they don’t fool the patients like that!
