I assist adults of all backgrounds with their nutrition, but my specialties include first-time moms, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause/menopause, & geriatrics/seniors (helping them enjoy retirement & maintain their independence until end-of-life). I’m also a lactation counselor—eager to help with all of your nursing, pumping, & breastfeeding-related needs! I have a holistic approach to my care which factors in the “whole person”. I'm a high-spirited, determined, and compassionate nutrition/lactation professional with: (1) Several years of experience in health and wellness, community outreach and advocacy, counseling, education, and research; (2) Extensive involvement in K-12 schools, gardens, farms, medical research institutes, universities, hospitals, clinics, community and senior centers, long-term care facilities, kitchens, food banks, pantries, meal providers, government programs, familial nutrition/breastfeeding assistance, genetic nutrition, corporate wellness and private practice; (3) The dedication and skills needed to improve the overall health and nourishment of people of all backgrounds.
