About Dr. Jean Paul Toussaint

Dr. Toussaint specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of painful musculoskeletal pathologies from spinal, joint and brain injuries. He graduated from University d’Etat d’Haiti, School of Medicine and has completed his residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and Brookdale Hospital. He also completed one year of internal medicine at Brooklyn Hospital. Dr. Toussaint accentuates more on the non-surgical management of pain. He has developed a unique treatment program for each patient based on physical therapy strategies, injection-based therapy, and pharmacologic management. Patient education is the foundation of his medical plan. At his leisure time, Dr. Toussaint enjoys reading, writing, playing music, sports and spending time with his family and friends.
