We review current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, sleep, mood, anxiety, focus, trauma history when relevant, safety concerns, and treatment goals. After the evaluation, we discuss diagnostic impressions, treatment options, medication considerations if appropriate, and next steps. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring symptoms, medication response, side effects, progress toward goals, and any adjustments needed to support stability and improved functioning.
