Excellent, friendly office staff. Medical assistant was very nice and listened to my needs so that the doctor knew what she was getting into before hand. Jeanette Maldonado, PA, and her staff provided a wonderful overall office experience. The check-in person was friendly and helpful, Nurse Carrie was a good listener and communicator; she suggested a full body scan after I shared a few concerns I had. PA Maldonado was thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. She took immediate action on one concern and scheduled a sonogram for another. She was professional, courteous, and prompt. I would recommend this dermatology group to anyone needing their services.
