Getting to know Dr. Jeanette Waxmonsky

Prior to Noma Therapy, Dr. Waxmonsky was the Director of Research at Big Health, an international digital mental health company. Prior roles have included Vice President of Integrated Care at New Directions Behavioral Health, Director of Innovation at Jefferson Center for Mental Health, and Director of Community Mental Health Integration at Colorado Access. Dr. Waxmonsky is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in mood disorder treatment and integrated behavioral health. As an associate professor and investigator at the University of Colorado, she has directed the implementation of multiple projects and has numerous peer reviewed publications and presentations. Dr. Waxmonsky currently serves as the behavioral health expert for the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) National Research Network's Advisory Group. Dr. Waxmonsky obtained a BA in Psychology and English from Lafayette College, a MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Administration and Evaluation at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Dr. Waxmonsky treats patients as part of Noma Therapy's integrated 14-week program. Take the first step towards a healthier, happier you Schedule an evaluation with a clinician Your evaluation will provide insights into your unique needs and help our team design the plan that’s best for you. If our program is not a good fit, your evaluation will be provided at no cost. 3. Complete your at-home therapeutic program Each 14-week program includes your prescribed medication paired with regular talk therapy. Your guide will provide support throughout the process. 4. Plan for what's next Once your Noma treatment is complete we will update your referring provider or help you identify a provider for continued care.
