“I was not seen by the provider pictured on ZoDoc. However, I was advised of this in advance and still had an enjoyable experience.
The service here was great. I didn’t wait long and the staff was super professional. Caroline B., NP was patient and made sure to answer all of my questions. Sono Tech (I didn’t catch her name) was also very professional. Both professionals were gentle with me. I especially appreciate the diversity in staff. “First time visit and it was really good. Office clean, nice and bright with water and coffee available. I only had to do a couple of questions on an IPad when I got there. The aide waited for my urine sample so I didn’t have to search for anyone. We went over my history and then right after I changed the NP and her assistant came in and we chatted as she did her exam. Bedside manner of everyone was great. One of the best first visits I ever had as a patient. Will definitely recommend them.”
