Jeanne St. Hilaire is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. She earned her Associate's degree and Master's in Family Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and holds a Bachelor's degree from City University of New York, Lehman College.
She is passionate about building relationships with patients to create a sense of trust and care. With a strong foundation in nursing and extensive experience in areas such as preventive care and hospice care, Jeanne strives to provide comprehensive care to her patients.
In addition to her clinical work, Jeanne has been an advocate for patients and their families throughout her career. She has provided health education, emotional support, and compassionate care as a Hospice Nurse at Caring Hospice. As a Home Health Nurse at MJHS, she addressed the individual home care needs of patients and conducted regular evaluations to ensure their changing needs were met.
With her wealth of experience, strong clinical skills, and commitment to patient-centered care, Jeanne St. Hilaire continues to make a positive impact in the field of nursing, providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in need.

This was my first time at Dock. I did in fact arrive early and was seated in a room immediately. Jeanne & her staff are great. I needed clearance for surgery and even though my surgeon didn’t request a EKG. Jeanne wanted to make sure I was at my best health. I truly appreciate her compassion. The front desk staff was sweet and answered all my questions and even emailed me and my surgeon my clearance letter! 10/10 I was very happy with it my visit and I will be referring my friends and family over to dock. Thank you ladies for treating me well today I appreciate it! Keep up the great work.

Great staff. Staff at this location are all very pleasant & welcoming. I was called in to be seen with 10 minutes of my arrival. All of my questions & concerns were fully addressed by the Nurse Practitioner. My only complaint is parking… but that‘s obviously out of their control, as they’re located in the heart of Flatbush, Brooklyn.
Overall: 9/10! Would absolutely recommend. I will be coming back [via MTA or LYFT, moving forward].

Arrived on time for my 10:30 and was informed that they were double booked, so I was put in the back room where I waited over an hour to be seen by the nurse assistant and then the doctor. I will say, however, that once the process started I was serviced in less than 20 minutes. The office was extremely clean and the front staff was nice enough. I feel overall they are competent, just need to work on their timeliness.

From the instant I walked into the office I was astounded by how clean and bright the environment was. The staff greeted me immediately and were professional and friendly. As soon as my appointment was confirmed I was immediately seated in a waiting room which was also immaculate. My nurse came in with a trainee shortly after and they were both attentive and knowledgeable. When the nurse practitioner came in to exam me she was patient and took the time out to explain everything that she would be doing. My overall experience was absolutely fantastic, I felt like I was at a Park Ave location in Manhattan but right here in my back yard of Brooklyn. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I will surely be back. The office operates through an app called “dock” and I was able to confirm my appointment, chat with a representative and my results were posted to the app immediately after leaving. My results were posted in a timely manner and that makes a big difference.
