My approach to therapy is not just about listening. I seek to connect with a patient on an honest one-to-one basis. We will identify your needs by communicating fully and seek ways to improve your mental health status. I am open and very willing to try new methods, whether that be with traditional or non-traditional methods. In some cases, spirituality can help with mental health or symptoms. I have a vast amount of knowledge about life through many lifetime tribulations I have experienced and firsthand knowledge can be of value. Most of all, I do care about my patients.
