About Dr. Jeena Heir
Dr. Sandhu is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she headed to the Midwest where she attended a highly selective accelerated six-year medical school program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. During her medical school training, she completed a research fellowship with internationally renowned dermatologist, Dr. April Armstrong, at the University of Southern California where she assisted with clinical trials for psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and hidradenitis suppurativa. She then completed her dermatology residency at John H. Stronger Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. During her residency, she received a scholarship to complete the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery resident preceptorship program with respected cosmetic dermatologists in the field. Dr. Sandhu also served as the cosmetic and procedural dermatology chief during her final year of training.
Dr. Sandhu has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and a continued passion for education, recently invited to speak at a national board review course for dermatology residents. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and American Medical Association.
Dr. Sandhu is passionate about providing the best dermatologic care to all her patients and providing personalized treatment plans. She believes in empowering her patients to make the best decisions for their skin health. She enjoys performing a wide array of aesthetic procedures to ensure her patients feel and look good at any age.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, travelling, being active, playing with her puppy, and spending time with her husband.

Doctor Sandhu has the great bedside manner and is such a wonderful care provider! I felt so comfortable the entire appointment where I received a biopsy and laser treatment. I was walked through the entire process and knew what to expect from the treatment. I given great aftercare steps and overall had the most pleasant experience!

Jenna was fine the appointment felt a little rushed but other than that she was fine. Jenna was direct, clear, communicated well, and went over my needs. I hate feeling rushed through or when a doctor is speaking I a faster tone you feel the need to quicken as well. Overall she was great, staff was nice, office was easy to find I would recommend

Nice office with an efficient and friendly team. My doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them to others! The only minor issue was parking—I ended up parking at the hospital because I didn't realize there was parking behind the building. That was likely my fault, but clearer communication about parking could be helpful.

Dr. Sandhu was very personable and professional and helped look out for me and my skin health! Thank you for also being really thorough and addressing all of my skin care questions. I am an esthetician so I am bit picky for who helps me with my skin! Dr. Sandhu was great!
