After obtaining his bachelor of arts degree with a concentration in biology from Brandeis University in 1992, he earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Rowan University – New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. In 2000, he completed his residency/chief residency, in New York City’s Mount Sinai School of Medicine, which is now known as The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Since January 2002, Dr. Chester has been in private practice on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
