About Dr. Jeffrey Deygoo
Dr. Jeffrey Deygoo is a board-certified physician specializing in interventional spine and vein treatments. Fellowship-trained at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. Known for his compassionate, thoughtful care, Dr. Deygoo provides minimally invasive outpatient procedures and non-surgical treatments to help patients reduce pain, move more easily, and return to the activities they enjoy with fewer limitations and no reliance on long-term medications.
He treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and circulatory issues that cause leg pain and disrupt daily life. His treatments help patients recover quickly with minimal downtime and include vein ablations, sclerotherapy, epidural injections, facet nerve blocks, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and more. All guided by the latest imaging and technology to ensure precision and results.
Dr. Deygoo completed medical school at New York Medical College, residency at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and advanced fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Management at the Cleveland Clinic. His focus is on restoring function and comfort, especially when arthritis, back pain, or joint issues begin to impact mobility, sleep, or daily routines.
He also volunteers on international medical missions and serves his local community in New York. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and remains actively engaged in research, education, and national conferences on pain medicine.

My appointment with Dr. Jeffrey was quick and efficient, yet never felt rushed. He was very nice, super friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. We even chatted about concerts and other fun activities outside of the typical visit conversation, which made the experience feel more personal. He gave great recommendations and really listened. Great staff, Dr Deygoo was a pleasure to speak with. In our conversation together, he earned my trust with his advice and bedside manner.
However, a couple of complaints. The onboarding process was less than ideal. Zocdoc took my insurance details, then the doctors office sent me a text to supply insurance details and then I got to the office and had to provide my insurance details yet again. What's worse is I was told by an agent from the office 2 days later that the doctor was out of network for me. This means I have to find a new doctor and I will be charged out of network fees for the visit I did have. Fortunately, coverage in my insurance is such that the out of network fees will also be covered, but this was quite disconcerting and inconvenient.

My experience was a pleasant one with the exception of locating the office. Had a difficult time finding the building and then the correct suite number. The Dr was informative and straightforward about what steps were needed to eliminate the pain.

Dr. Deygoo was very personable and listened carefully to everything I had to say about my symptoms, was very clear about what he thought might be the case, and that he needed more information via imaging, and why. He was also very clear about what I should expect in terms of my insurance.
I didn't feel like he was jumping to conclusions about a diagnosis, and was being very cautious, which I really appreciate when its my health and safety on the line.
He also worked with me to set up a follow up remote consultation at a time that would be most convenient for me. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed or having my concerns dismissed. It was everything I could have wanted out of an initial consultation.
