Getting to know Jeffrey Iannone
Jeff Iannone is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2021. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. Jeff is highly motivated to provide the best possible outcomes to patients through the use of current evidence-based practice and critical thinking. He strives for an individual-centered, recovery-oriented, collaborative therapeutic relationship to help individuals reach their full potential. Jeff’s passion for psychiatry grew from early life exposure to the community mental health setting while watching a parent work with individuals struggling with a variety of mental health disorders. Seeing firsthand the difference an invested professional can make inspired Jeff to help those in need. This passion eventually led him to the field of nursing to work with the mental health population. Jeff’s inpatient clinical experience includes adult, geriatric, and electroconvulsive therapy settings. In the outpatient setting, he has experience with the child/adolescent population as well as adults. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Jeff provides medication management and psychotherapeutic services across the lifespan. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys hobby farming, home remodeling and repairs, metal fabrication, fixing broken things, K9 training, playing with his dogs, and learning something new each day.

Office cancelled my appointment without notifying me due to an error after sending multiple texts confirming appointment. Missed a day of work. Was not seen. My daughter really needs to see a specialist, was not able to see the CNP due to an office error.

The provider cancelled my first appointment without giving me a reason, that's fine things happen. I rebooked it and requested off work for my second appointment but never received the link to join the appointment. I called the office to get the link and was informed the provider had cancelled my appointment again because he did not deal with the problem I was needing help with (which was not clear based off of the description about him in zocdoc) and just did not tell me he cancelled my appointment. Not too happy to have lost out on the money from requesting off work just because I couldn't be properly communicated with.
