About Jeffrey Johnson

This provider's Primary Supervising Physician is Danica Alexander. A certified physician assistant, Jeff is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the United States Air Force Academy Physician Assistant program in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Prior to PA school, Jeff was an instructor of laboratory medicine at the School of Health Care Sciences at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. While on active duty, Jeff was chosen as Physician Assistant of the Year and Officer of the Year twice each. In 2009, Jeff was designated a “Distinguished Fellow” by the American Academy of Physician Assistants, a distinction earned by less than one percent of physician assistants in the country. He was also selected by his peers as the 2005 National Dermatology Physician Assistant of the Year. A gifted speaker, Jeff routinely lectures across the state of Florida with the Lecture Series Development Program for the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as across the country. In addition, Jeff currently serves as president of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Jeff and his wife have three sons.

When I walked into the waiting room everyone is so warm and welcoming. Dr Johnson and his assistant Gigi are so kind, courteous and professional.
