About Dr. Jeffrey Kagan
Dr. Jeffrey Kagan received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Binghamton. Dr. Kagan completed his surgical training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital.
Dr. Kagan has had comprehensive training, treating all types of ailments of the foot and ankle. Dr. Kagan is versed in reconstructive surgery of both the foot and ankle as well as trauma of the same. Dr. Kagan is also versed in diabetic management, limb salvage, and wound care. Dr. Kagan also treats all non-surgical ailments as well.
Dr. Kagan works with two residency programs; St. John’s Episcopal Hospital and NYU LI and is affiliated multiple surgical centers.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kagan, and I had a great experience. He has excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable right away. He was able to quickly identify and help relieve the pain in my foot during the visit. The office was very clean and the staff was professional. Dr Jeffrey Kagan is an exemplary professional with outstanding bedside manners. Entering his office on this my first Podiatry visit was a breath of fresh air, staff was welcoming and I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment. Dr Kagan was incredibly patient, attentive , efficient and his communication skills are great. I never felt rushed, he listened carefully, explained my conditions clearly and made me feel very comfortable while discussing clearly my health issues, treatment plan and options. His demeanor was warm, pleasant,comforting and put my mind at ease, making me feel I was in safe hands. He appears knowledgeable and very skilled. I really felt valued and cared for during my visit. Highly recommend Dr Kagan. It was cool to be seen in his small local office— no wait and felt really friendly and personal. He is really knowledgable and was patient listening to my concerns. I had an issue with a medication and he was very responsive after hours on call, even though he was home with his kids. One of my most positive medical experiences ever. Parking was also super easy.
