About Dr. Jeffrey Loria
Providing compassionate, leading-edge medical care in gastroenterology and internal medicine.
Dr. Loria earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in 1987. He completed his internship and residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by a fellowship at Elmhurst Hospital Center. He is currently affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Loria is a thoughtful, attentive provider. He schedules plenty of time with you to discuss all of your concerns and invites an ease to talking about things that might feel hard or embarrassing. We went through my medical history and questions in detail and have come up with a plan and next steps that I feel very good about. I would highly recommend him.

It was great, Dr. Loria listened to me and explained in details my condition and why I needed an endoscopy. The endoscopy went very well and he was great in comforting me and explaining things. Dr. Loria is an amazing doctor, he spent a long time asking me about my symptoms and gave me very detailed explanation of my situation and the we spent some time discussing the treatment plan. By far the most doctor that gave me proper attention since I came to the US and not just a 5 minutes bla bla you get from a lot of doctors.

I have been a patient with Dr. L for over ten years. His staff, from the front desk to all the clinical professionals are AWESOME. Upon arrival, the check in process is seamless, the clinical staff is always responsive and supportive. It is nice to have people to cheer you up if going to the doctors is not your thing. Each room is clean, staff regularly practice good infection controls. As does Dr. L, which is really important to me as a patient.
Best of all with Dr. L, he takes his time with you. I never felt rushed. It is important that a doctor balance science with good old fashion common sense. That's what you get.
