About Dr. Jeffrey Maniko

Dr. Maniko is a pediatrician licensed in the state of California and New York, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Maniko was born and raised in northern Michigan. He graduated magna cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Music, with a minor in Chemistry. After his undergraduate years, he conducted biomedical research on antibiotic drug resistance at The Rockefeller University in New York City, before continuing on to attend medical school at the University of Michigan. He completed his residency in pediatrics at New York Presbyterian - Weill Cornell in New York City. Dr. Maniko moved to Los Angeles after residency to take full advantage of the sunny socal weather and slower pace of life, and pursue his creative passions outside of medicine. Dr. Maniko finds fulfillment in building long lasting trusting relationships with the children and families of his community through his work in primary care pediatrics. He lives in Santa Monica where he enjoys spending time with his friends and discovering the local scene. He loves being outdoors, going on hikes, traveling, writing, music, and playing the piano.
