Dr. Melrose is the consummate professional while somehow managing to be concurrently approachable and empathetic. He makes you feel extremely comfortable, but at times will make you feel just al little bit guilty when engaging you about things you could or should be doing better to take care of yourself. That effort to lead you toward better self-management is welcome and the manner in which he delivers the message is refreshing.

There seems to be a disconnect between the online system and Dr. Melrose's office system as he had blocked out his calendar and I was never notified. Thus, I had to scramble at the office and find another physician to see me.

I did wait longer than usual but they had a patient who needed extra attention and it happens! Dr. Melrose was apologetic and as always, the appointment went well. Dr. Melrose is sincere, funny and makes sure to cover everything you have going on.

The visit was great. I am transferring from another practice and am glad I did. Finding Dr. Melrose was easy using ZocDoc. He has great reviews from other patients in the website and that's basically why I decided to make an appointment with him. Not disappointed at all about my decision.
He is very thorough and explains everything clearly in a language that is easy to understand. It makes you feel comfortable like if you've known him for years.

As new to the area, I feel lucky that I chose Dr Melrose as my primary care physician. He gave me the best annual physical exam that I have ever gotten. He took his time, asked all the right questions and ordered all the right tests.
I left his office feeling completely satisfied with the service I have received.
The staff was polite and efficient, and the wait less than 15 minutes.

I waited for almost an hour to see Dr. Melrose. When I finally got back to see him, he seemed like he was in a hurry. This was very different from my first office visit - he was patient, asked a lot of questions & listened to my concerns. Two very different experiences, so I guess I'll wait to see what visit #3 is like.

Dr Melrose listened to the patient and took time to understand illness. While we like the new Exton facility, it's tough to wait through 2 check-in processes (one for the Exton MainLine center & one for Dr Melrose's family practice.) Overall a good experience.
