I went to him due to being overweight. i was 192lbs i'm only 5'5 . i have tried to do it on my own and never succeeded or it was short term.
I wanted to lose 50lbs which i thought was imposible. he has made this journey for me a life changing one. i never wanted to go to the gym i was afraid of working out. now i'm in love with working out and this journey. I have lost 40+lbs. Now he's training me to run my first race. i will be running a 10k in june. If you are looking to change your life and habits around he's definitely the one. also he has coach about 3 members of my family!

I have made a lot of progress since 2022 and learned so much working with Dalton. He is the utmost professional and very knowledgeable about nutritio /training. He definitely changed my life he also help three of my family members reach their health goal. I can definitely recommend his services. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Dalton has been my bodybuilding coach for about 4 years. His background knowledge in nutrition/training has help me win 1st place in my first OCB show. He truly cares about his clients/athletes, weather you are a beginner or experienced. Highly recommended!

No matter what you have going on in life, being healthy is always an option. I struggled to really find motivation when I first started working with Dalton. But after I searched deep for the motivation of really, “Why am I working out? Why am I eating the same thing everyday?” I’ve had the motivation to do these things before, but after finding the true motive and end goal in sight. I realized the process and grind is the best part and only longing for the results won’t have you where you want to be. After you figure out YOUR motivation, results will come undoubtably. Looking back to 1.5 years ago, I definitely don’t regret choosing Dalton. With having achieved my goals and much more, thank you Dalton.
