She holds an Associate Degree in Respiratory Care from Triton College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Oakton Community College. Jelena earned her Master’s in Family Nursing from Purdue University Northwest and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Doctor rushed me out an wouldnt let me speak. Gave me a handful of products all from the same company iv used before. These are expensive products and told me to use for 3 months and handed me a coupon. Felt very cheap like she was just there to push a product. She was in such a hurry and annoyed everytime i had a question, i forgot to ask her 2 of my questions. Waited 2 years to finally book an appointment i would have liked to felt heard

I wasn't happy with my appointment. The practitioner only spoke with me for about 10 minutes and nothing came from my appointment. But I did make a followup appointment for 4 months from the date that I was there. I am willing to give them one more try.

Provider and office staff were courteous & professional. Doctor listened well, asked questions and patiently discuss treatment.
We had to call back when our prescription was not filled and she resolved the issue promptly even though it was a Saturday evening when we called.

Dr. Jelena was very professional and totally concerned about my condition. She gave her professional diagnosis and a treatment plan. She explained in layman's terms what was going on with me and listened very intently. The appointment was not rushed, and she answered all of my questions. The office staff are friendly and polite as well. 5 out of 5 stars from me!
