About Jenna Raju
Jenna Raju graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Bachelor's degree in biological sciences and obtained a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rush University in 2014. Through her previous experience working with patients in family medicine and dermatology, Jenna has focused on managing teenage and adult acne, hair loss, and skin cancer. She also has a special interest in treating pediatric skin conditions, including eczema, warts, molluscum, and others. Jenna believes it is important to educate patients and their families about their conditions and to work together as a team toward successful treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children.

First time at this dermatologist and had a good experience. Office was modern and clean and the staff were friendly. Jenna listened to my concerns and offered her analysis and the options for treatments and what the options would be if initial treatments didn't fully address the issue. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dermatology office!

The office was incredibly sleek, professional, and upscale. Front desk staff was very polite and polished with an efficient and swift sign-in process. Raju was very laid back and understanding with an excellent ear for client concerns, as well as a very illustrative and informative approach to the explanation of diagnoses. By far the best medical clinic that I have ever been to; it checks all of my boxes.

I didn't know what to expect as this was our first booking through ZocDoc and with this group. We are extremely happy with the care that we received during the appointment. The provider was very knowledable and friendly. Explained what test would be done and what it would feel like. She was able to determine by the test what the issue was and prescribed medication. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Dr Jenna has given great tips about mole care/checks and dandruff. My dandruff completely went away in one week with her protocol. I struggled for eight years with dandruff because none of the over-the-counter shampoos worked.

Doctors and assistants in back were extremely helpful, upbeat, and caring. All the receptionist should be replaced or retrained on how to communicate, listen and generally show better customer service. Would recommend seeing Jenna!
