She is obviously not trauma informed. Did not talk at all about what she was doing while she was doing it or even before she started doing anything what she was going to do. Also, she didn't answer my questions and she said I would be getting a call from someone to follow up but wouldn't give me the specific name of the person or who to reach out to if they don't call me so they haven't called me and I don't know who to follow up with.

There was an issue regarding my insurance. I called my insurance company to try to rectify the issue. The insurance rep gave clear & detailed instructions on how to fix the situation. The lady at the desk said no. The insurance rep instructed me to give the desk woman a referral #. I was given the response "i'm not sure what that's going to do but i'll take it. I guess". Eventually, it became clear that this was something i'd handle after the visit. Kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Throughout the entire ordeal, she seemed extremely annoyed. I kept apologizing & she didn't make eye contact. She ended up rushing me into the appointment with her final words being "go, go, go" as she shooed me towards the nurse. All said and done, I felt embarrassed & anxious for my appointment. Not a great first impression. THANK GOODNESS the nurse, Mary and Ms Stout were super kind! They throughly explained everything & I felt comfortable. 1 star for her, 5 stars for everyone else!
