As a family medicine physician trained at the University of North Texas, where I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, and having completed my residency in Family Medicine at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, I treat a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions and provide preventive care. Office had no paperwork that was filled out prior. Staff was unprofessional. It took over an hour to go back. People after me went in before me. Doctor did not address any of my issues. I felt rushed like the doctor was trying to hurry up and be done with me.

Ive contemplated writing this review for over 4 months to really find the words to say about my appointment with Dr. Pak. I really feel that she didn't care enough to really help me figure out what issues I've been having. She was very cold and unwelcoming during the whole appt. I have continued to have the same health issues even after my appointment and feel like I wasted my time. Its really upsetting to not get answers to what you are experiencing and I just wish I never scheduled this appointment with her to begin with. I wish her the best and hope she learns to have better bedside manners and really care for her patients and will not be rescheduling with her again.

She is very sweet and kind . However , after giving her a pretty serious health background for myself and my family , I felt she was not as investigative as she should have been . She forgot to ask if I wanted STD or STI testing. She didn’t ask me about the type of birth control I was on. She was alarmed to find I had an IUD during my pelvic exam. She at first thought it was a foreign object . Overall, I didn’t feel she was comfortable during the physical exam which me feel all the more uneasy .

Was given a concerning diagnosis and the provider never explained the outcome of this diagnosis. She treated me like I was dirty and didn’t assist in the help I needed.

Dr. Pak was friendly and made me feel at ease as a new patient during my virtual visit. She was very thorough in reviewing my medical history, medication list, and concerns. She genuinely asked what she could do for me, then took the time to listen to my response. She answered all of my questions, and provided follow-up information. As a Registered Nurse, I have had the unique perspective to both see and critique the work of others in the profession, and Dr. Pak stands out in her ability to convey trust, embody professionalism, while conducting a caring attitude.
