Jennifer's care plan is comprehensive and patient-centered, incorporating therapy, nutritional counseling and supplementation, and medication management as needed. She offers a variety of therapeutic techniques based on her client's needs, including supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She provides care for individuals aged 17 and above, and her dedicated approach has consistently led to successful outcomes.
