I am passionate about helping women find the balance in taking care of themselves, healing their relationship with food/ body image and permission to live a life they feel fulfilled by. My approach to care is meeting you where you are. I believe that understanding you, your life, your story helps me to counsel you to where you want to go with your nutrition and wellness. I don't focus on any restriction or FAD diets. My goal as a provider is to help you understand what your body needs and how to silence the noise from external sources that makes it hard to know what your body needs and wants. I also want you to look forward to our appointments, there is no food police in our sessions! In our first session, this is our opportunity to get to know one another and for you to tell me what you want out of our sessions. We will establish initial short term goals and what your long-term goals are. We will set action steps to work on between sessions and I will provide any materials necessary to support you in those action steps.
