As a prescriber of mental health medications since 2013, I have witnessed the transformative impact these treatments can have on people's lives and relationships-an experience that inspired me to start this practice. I hold a Master's in Nursing from the University of California San Francisco Parnassus Campus and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Hawai?i Pacific University. My background as a Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatry and Family Medicine allows me to tailor a medication regimen specifically to your goals and preferences. If you would like to move forward with care, I can set up a new client intake to start your care within 1 week (or whatever time frame you prefer). I want to help you start feeling better as soon as possible.

I liked how Jennifer laid out the whole process and what to expect - that I could expect to see the medications work after X amount of time and then we would re-evaluate the dose and then we would have options A and B if my symptoms weren't fully improved. I appreciated the roadmap before starting treatment.

Jennifer cares about finding the right medicine for your symptoms but also about the logistics of getting your medications - she helped me find the medication in stock when my prior pharmacy did not have it and also looked for GoodRx coupons to make the medication more affordable for me when I did not have good insurance coverage. I recommend working with her!

Jennifer helped me figure out an issue that had been lingering for years and then she had several options for how to treat it. She explained all the options and her recommendations and then listened to what I wanted to do. Then she helped me get the treatment ordered right away. Got what I needed and it worked.

I appreciate that Jennifer asks me about my priorities and goals when deciding on a medication and then explains the pros and cons of various options. She has provided a lot of explanation and helped me understand the random tidbits I had read on the internet! I like how much she focuses on patient education and empowering me to make decisions about my own care.

Jennifer is very kind and very helpful. Whenever I have a problem with the pharmacy, Jennifer gets it sorted out. I never even have to remind her. She takes care of details that make a big difference and it makes my life easier. Highly recommend her.

During my appointments for over 5 years with Jennifer, I always felt that she was genuinely happy to see me and that she cared a lot about how I was doing. I am more than 60 years old so I have a lot of experience with medical care! I think Jennifer works in health care for the right reasons and the way she cared for me always highlighted that.
