I found the office pleasant and nice, but my psychiatric provider was not listening to any of my request.
Brushed me off and gave me the protocol talk. Their NURSE skills could use some work.
She basically shut me down and kept going over her decisions and choice.
Not my exact cup of tea, but if it got them this far the. It works for them, but it doesn’t work for everyone.

Jennifer was a good listener and was very thorough. She understood my situation and provided feedback to me. The office is really nice and very clean. I appreciate that they had male receptionists as well as female. Equal opportunity employer and all seemed very qualified for their positions and very friendly.
Only real negative is the parking. The parking garage attached to the building has you put your credit card in to get into the garage and then again when you leave. When i left there was an attendant that was swiping the card for you. I would have rather swiped it myself as i prefer to check the machine a little to make sure no card skimmers are present. I know I am weird but this is Miami and I have been a victim several times in various locations. You can park at Dadeland Mall and walk across the street as an option or park in the Rooms to Go parking which they said is a little cheaper. I paid a little over $8 for about 45 minutes. Valet parking is $22.
