I have a diverse and interdisciplinary academic background that has shaped my career in healthcare. I began my studies with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Arizona State University. Inspired by a passion for patient care, I transitioned into nursing and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. To further specialize, I completed a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, also at Northern Arizona University.
This combination of technical training and clinical expertise allows me to approach healthcare with both analytical precision and compassionate, holistic care.

I tailor treatment to each individual, which may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle changes, or a combination of these approaches. I’ll walk you through each option so you feel informed and empowered to make decisions about your care.
Most importantly, I want you to know that your voice matters. I encourage open communication and ongoing feedback so we can adjust your treatment as needed and ensure that it continues to serve your needs. My ultimate goal is to support you in building lasting progress and to help you feel understood, respected, and empowered along the way.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My process begins with an initial consultation, where I take time to understand your mental health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. This first meeting is about building a foundation of trust and giving you the space to share what feels most important to you.
From there, I work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, this may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle recommendations, or a combination of these approaches. I make sure to explain options clearly so that you feel comfortable and confident in the plan we create together.
As we move forward, I place a strong emphasis on ongoing communication. We will regularly check in to assess your progress, talk through any challenges, and adjust your treatment as needed. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative process that empowers you to take an active role in your care and helps you move toward meaningful, lasting progress.
