Jennifer Fletcher, SLP, CCC - SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist
DE
Hi! I'm Jennifer. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2020. I became an SLP because I enjoy working with children. I didn't want to necessarily be a teacher but I knew I wanted to work with children in some form. When I discovered there was a such thing as being a Speech Pathologist, I was intrigued. I loved that there were many areas I can specialize in, a variety of things to specialize in and the many different settings one can work in. Most importantly, it was the relationships that I've built, the people that I've met and the progress of my patients that has been the most rewarding. In graduation school there was a course I took specifically about MBS and FEES, while I'm not certified in either, I thought it was unique and something I hope to get certified in the future. I worked in settings such as: schools, outpatient clinics, home health and telehealth. I would describe my clinical style as holistic, client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, family-centric, and sensory integrated.
