What should a new client know about working with you?

As psychiatric Physician Assistant, all new patients can expect a comprehensive assessment to help determine their diagnosis, continuous medication management to treat any chemical imbalances and referrals to psychotherapist in order to treat the overall patient. My goal is for new patients is to create a team that will allow them to implement coping skills and to fully understand their treatment plan and assessment. I am here to compassionately help my patients achieve the best version of themselves during their mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a provider, my typical process working with patients is to do a full assessment and discuss diagnosis and treatment plan with the patient. I always go over risk versus benefit of medication so that the patient understands fully the treatment plan and feel comfortable with the plan. I also refer to therapists and other resources as needed and continue to monitor the response of medication, if necessary. My patients always know I am available for any questions.
