My pursuit of medicine began with combined undergraduate and medical education in New York and continued at Michigan State University, where I was a member of the Osteopathic Scholars Program. I graduated from medical school in 2016 and completed my four-year psychiatry residency in South Florida before moving to Colorado. I have an enduring love for psychiatry, a field that allows me to combine my fascination with the human mind with what I value most about medicine: the privilege of understanding people and making a meaningful difference in their lives. I approach my patients with the same thoughtfulness and devotion I would want extended to my own family. My philosophy is rooted in clinical excellence, respect for human dignity, and the belief that exceptional care must be as individual as the person receiving it. I am committed to culturally responsive, gender-affirming medicine and to a collaborative approach in which patients are active participants in their treatment. Every recommendation I make is guided by careful clinical reasoning, open dialogue, and a sincere consideration of what matters most to the person sitting across from me. The Hope Institute of Psychiatry is an expression of my love for this profession and my belief that medical expertise and genuine kindness belong together.
