About Jennifer Hart

Jenny Telgener, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner at Mandel Dermatology. She began her nursing career as a Women’s Health and Labor and Delivery nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and a deep appreciation for guiding individuals through important moments in their health journeys. Her experience during the COVID-19 pandemic further fueled her dedication to advancing her education and expanding her role in healthcare. Inspired to make a broader impact, she returned to her alma mater. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia’s Sinclair School of Nursing. At Mandel Dermatology, Jenny combines her clinical expertise with her passion for dermatology, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, treatment, and education. She is committed to helping patients feel confident in their skin and empowered in their overall health. Outside of the office, Jenny enjoys traveling, hiking, and practicing pilates. Most of all, she treasures time spent with her husband and daughter.
