“The doctor was lovely, the staff were nice, the rooms were clean and professional. My only request would be that they send you the paperwork beforehand to fill out (it’s possible that booking through the app messed that up, I don’t know) or an email telling you to come early to fill out paperwork. Oh and a purse hook in the bathroom would be great. Overall 10/10”

About Jennifer Hart
Jenny Telgener, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner at Mandel Dermatology. She began her nursing career as a Women’s Health and Labor and Delivery nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and a deep appreciation for guiding individuals through important moments in their health journeys.
Her experience during the COVID-19 pandemic further fueled her dedication to advancing her education and expanding her role in healthcare. Inspired to make a broader impact, she returned to her alma mater. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia’s Sinclair School of Nursing.
At Mandel Dermatology, Jenny combines her clinical expertise with her passion for dermatology, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, treatment, and education. She is committed to helping patients feel confident in their skin and empowered in their overall health.
Outside of the office, Jenny enjoys traveling, hiking, and practicing pilates. Most of all, she treasures time spent with her husband and daughter.

I had such a great experience from start to finish. The entire office was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind, and I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. My dermatologist was thorough, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to listen to my concerns rather than making the appointment feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, my questions were taken seriously, and I left feeling confident about my treatment plan. The staff was just as wonderful—friendly, organized, and attentive. It’s rare to find an office that combines excellent medical care with such a genuinely positive patient experience. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist and will definitely continue coming back.
