CASH PAY ONLY, We do not accept insurance at this time. Before the first session please call to setup appointment and fill out appropriate forms. If new patient forms are not filled out then session will not be completed. First session includes evaluation and treatment plan. Mental Health Telehealth fees: New patient visit $300 Follow up visit $175 Birth control Telehealth fees: New patient visit $180 Follow up visit $90 (refill or treatment adjustments)
