About Dr. Jennifer L Jones
Jennifer L. Jones, M.D. grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and graduated first in her class. For this accomplishment, she received the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation as well as numerous other awards.
Dr. Jones completed two years of internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts before beginning her training in dermatology. She then completed her dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School, where she was selected as chief resident during her final year. After practicing academic dermatology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, she returned home to Georgia where she has resided since 2007.
Dr. Jones is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has interests in medical dermatology and skin cancer prevention.
Dr. Jones enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is married and has four boys.

My experience was great! I had to bring my one month old baby in, and my doctor worked around me nursing initially, and a nurse held my baby for me during the rest of my exam.
