“Jennifer was amazing! I booked on Zocdoc and then within an hour they said they had to reschedule which was weird but not the worst. Front desk lady is rude and very unhelpful. She couldn’t find my pharmacy because she didn’t know how to type in zip code correctly. But didn’t matter anyway because they never sent out my prescription. Still dealing with all of this trying to get my prescription”

I was contacted before my appointment and told that Zocdoc incorrectly lists this provider as a gynecologist, which was concerning from the start. At check-in, the receptionist never made eye contact and continued working while speaking to me and handing paperwork. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The appointment took over an hour for a routine Pap smear. I spent the time watching the clock and hearing repeated apologies for the delay. Four days later, I am still experiencing heavy spotting, which is alarming. I was persuaded to get lab work done and was told it was fine that I had not been fasting, which contradicts typical guidance.
I was told I would receive a prescription after my visit. I called the same day to follow up and never received a return call, yet the office contacted me to schedule a follow-up for lab results 4 days later.
Given the lack of communication and follow-through, I left feeling unheard and chose not to return.

I had a appt with Jennifer Lopez. I was with the same practice for 25 years but I just moved. She was thorough and she asked follow up questions after our initial convo. She put me at ease as a new customer, dealing with all the >45 hormonal changes has not been fun. I’ve been nervous about a new doctor, but everything went so smoothly with the entire office.
