“First visit was more than expected. Went to appt as an introductory call to review history and develop future plans. I had a prescription that I needed to get refilled but could. It as my prior doctor changed practices and my prescription had run out. While at office not only reviewed past health issues but discussed plan for the future. Received vaccination and lab works were taken. Unexpected but pleasantly surprised. On way home I got a text from CVS that my prescription would be ready this afternoon.
Not only very satisfied with Texas Family Clinic but look forward to my return.”

Small office but we'll maintained and clean. Office staff did their best to get to me despite all the phone calls. Clinical staff was quick to get me in and very kind. She double checked all intake information as well. The NP was great. Listened to my concerns and professionally did my annual exam. I appreciated her bedside manner and candor. Will be back should I need further medical care.

07/01/2026. It was just a simple annual check up and a headache I couldn't understand. They were there to listen, understand, and explain clearly what the next steps should be. I am not good with the names but staff was great, my nurse was so nice and the practitioner was great! Love it there definitely recommend.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. J. Lopez FNP-C explained everything thoroughly and even gave me options on my treatments to choose from. Most doctors tell you, here they explain, listen, include your input and make a treatment that is the best for the patients overall health and well being. So impressed with how easy it was to get an appointment. My PCP did not have openings until the end of July. I signed papers to change my PCP to this location. This staff shows caring, real concern for YOU, sees YOU not just the next appointment. Thank you Texan Family Clinic staff for all you do!

The receptionist should be encouraged to smile and give eye contact with someone approaches the desk. I was asked what was the zip code of my pharmacy and had to go back to my truck, fetch my phone and google the zip code for the receptionist. She was sitting in front of a computer screen and I'm thinking she could have looked in up herself. Customer service is the first thing people notice. The wonderful interaction with the nurse and provider made up for the lousy greeting

dr jennifer lopez diagnosed my condition with ear wax pain. a medical assistant did an excellent job removing the ear wax. pain is gone. i was recommended to se an ENT specialist for fluid in both ears caused by energies. highly recommend the texan clinic

The receptionist promptly acknowledged me when I entered the office. There was a person ahead of me in line that she was busy helping. When the person left almost immediately she called for me.. It was a very short wait time before my name was called to the back for my weight, vitals etc. The staff was kind, pleasant, professional. and thorough.There was only a short wait for my PA., Jennifer Lopez. she immediately shook my hand with a smile and expressed her delight with my very much improved labs as she went over the details. Before I left she gave gave me reminders of what to expect and what to do to prepare for an upcoming visit. These reminders were very helpful, I had forgotten a few details. As a relatively new patient transfer from elsewhere, I am happy with my decision to choose Texan Family Clinic.

I would describe this experience as very simple with little confusion, especially for individuals who are transitioning into adulthood and may be a bit confused about information relating to insurance, medication prescriptions, diagnoses, etc. The staff members, including front desk employees, medical assistants, and nurses, were exceptionally friendly. Similarly, the main provider was extremely apologetic about the wait time in the actual office (which was truly not an issue to me personally), acted with kindness, competently informed me of any relevant information & further steps I may need to take relating to my health, and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed. After she performed her duties and left the room, I was left with feeling that reminded me of familiar and nostalgic memories of an aunt or similar female mentor/role model.
